DISEASE WORRY AND NAMASMARAN: DR. SHRINIWAS KASHALIKARIt is a common experience we suffer from pain and disability due to disease. But we also develop lowliness and self pity. We become miserable. But if we practice NAMASMARAN then we gradually overcome the lowliness and rise above it. It is said that in the course of time we conquer every kind of pain and even death. This is called VIDEHI AVASTHA (beyond life and death).
But till we reach this; it is imperative that we avail holistic treatment conducive to self realization; for ourselves and maximum people in the world. This gives concrete satisfaction and true sense of well being,(even if we are unwell physically); which I have personally experienced.

नामस्मरणाने व्याधीची चिंता कमी होत जाते. (अखेर विदेही देखील होता येत असावे). पण अशी अत्युच्च विदेही अवस्था प्राप्त होईपर्यंत; नामस्मरण करता करता; स्वत: शक्य ते उपचार घेण्याने; आणि इतराना तसे मिळावे यासाठी (किमान स्वत: आजारी नसताना तरी) शक्य ते प्रयत्न करण्याने वाढते समाधान मिळते असा माझा अनुभव आहे.
