TOTAL STRESS MANAGEMENT AND NAMASMARAN (JAP, JAAP, JIKRA, SUMIRAN, SIMARAN; i.e. remembering God or true SELF) 04: DR SHRINIWAS KASHALIKARDoctor: Total Stress Management is simultaneous process of individual and global blossoming. The perspective of universal unity and harmony, emerges from the evolution of petty positive and petty negative instincts and emotions and thoughts.
Patient: What does it imply?
Doctor: We begin to grow from pettiness and its vicious effects on our life.
Patient: You mean to say the ill effects of stress?
Doctor: Yes! In short, the ill effects of stress result from petty perspective, thoughts, feelings and passions and resultant behavior!
Patient: But NAMASMARAN is apparently a process of individual emancipation.
Doctor: NAMASMARAN frees us from pettiness and in turn reveals solutions to the problems in individual and universal life! Hence universalization of NAMASMARAN leads to multiplication of correct solutions, which in turn evolve a social environment conducive to our own focus on NAMASMARAN and self realization!
Patient: This appears reasonable; but very difficult!
Doctor: True! It does appear difficult! But actual practice and propagation of NAMASMARAN; reap the success of NAMASMARAN in not merely personal; but universal benevolence!
