Student: Can you give examples?
Teacher: A farmer, who harvests food grains is employed. A person involved in deceptive advertizing is mal-employed and a person, who is unmotivated, incapable or denied to do anything is unemployed.
Student: Can you explain?
Teacher: In other words policies, which oppose development lead to unemployment, policies, which favor development at the cost environment and well being of majority of people; leads to mal-employment; and policies, which lead to development conducive to individual and global blossoming lead to proper employment.
