STRESS AND EDUCATION DR SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR
STRESS AND EDUCATION DR SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR

If education does not involve adequate teacher and student interaction; then the cognitive domains remains defective. Thinking or perception remains defective. Attitude becomes sectarian, biased, prejudiced and divisive. This itself causes suffocation and stress.

As a result; there is defective affective domain. The feelings become diseased. The feelings of love, considerate attitude, generosity, oneness, get distorted and one becomes mean, insecure, timid, cruel, treacherous, cheater and so on.

The psychomotor domain involves development of skills. Lack of productive domain in mainstream schools and colleges; nurtures dependence on certificates and breeds corruption for passing, appointment, promotion and so on!

Physical domain involves physical fitness. Sedentary education causes hypo-kinetic (lack of movement) stress. The youth deprived of outdoor sports, athletics, exercise, walking, running etc develop stress.

Spiritual domain refers to inner growth that facilitates the blossoming of all above domains. Prayers for global welfare and practices such as NAMASMARAN enhance spiritual domain. Lack of this domain leads to pettiness, meanness, irresponsibility, fragility, lack of adaptability and so on!

WHAT TO DO? DR SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR

Disciple: Master! Why am I still not in peace? What should I do?
Guru: My son! Nobody is at peace! Everybody is temporarily involved in pain or pleasure!
Disciple: Why am I not in peace?
Guru: This is because; your perceptions, feelings and the responses; are still subjective!
Disciple: How to be at peace?
Guru: Being at peace; means being objective and being one with ME! It is my blessing!
Disciple: What should I do?
Guru: Continue to be; in NAMASMARAN; and be aware that what ever is happening through you and in fact through the whole universe; is MY LEELA! At right time you will be ecstatic to find yourself in ME!

PEACE PEACE AND PEACE DR SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR
PEACE PEACE AND PEACE DR SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR

It is mind-blowing; how India is overflowing with floods of philosophy and speeches of spiritual joy! Amidst all the hell and abyss; they say; "When you change the "way" of looking at the world; the world changes!"

How much ever I tried; I can not be happy, contented, satisfied or at peace; in today's situation. I tried to convince my self that this is God's desire! But the argument from within is; my restlessness also is God's desire!

I was not at peace when I was struck with problems, as I became restless to solve them; I was not at peace when the solutions followed; as I became impatient to share the solutions with society; and I am still not at peace after sharing; as that has made me feel helpless; to see; how the solutions (e.g. practice of NAMASMARAN and propagation of its vital role in individual and global welfare); are proving unable to arouse interest and active participation; amongst; even the most conscientious people!

Whether due to my ego or my own unending sins; I am NOT at peace in; the over all misery; even if there is in the background; the omniscient, omnipresent and omnipotent Gurukrupa!

SURROGACY LAW & ART REULATION BILL;FIRST TIME IN INDIA
Government to introduce landmark bill on surrogacy in Cabinet
drrnakipuria@gmail.com,07503303359,09832025685,SENIOR GYNAECOLOGIST & INFERTILITY ,IVF AND SURROGACY EXPERT,SILIGURI,DELHI NCR
Women in India cannot act as surrogates for more than three successful births, including of their own children, and it would be mandatory for surrogate mothers to have a minimum two-year interval between two deliveries to ensure they remain healthy. These landmark provisions are part of the proposed draft Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) Bill which the government plans to bring to the Cabinet before introducing in Parliament for passage. Any contravention of provisions of this bill would attract severe penalties.
The bill, a first in India's history, seeks to monitor the unregulated sector of ART clinics, which offer infertility solutions to couples at huge costs, besides preventing commercial surrogacy and safeguarding the rights of surrogate mothers and children born out of surrogacy arrangements.
An estimated 15 per cent couples worldwide are infertile, making ART services critical. The draft ART Bill seeks to fill these gaps and addresses "ethical, legal issues related to gamete donation, surrogacy and nationality of the child born out of ART." Top sources in the Health Ministry said the bill had been sent for comments to ministries and replies were expected by August 5, after which the final draft bill will be prepared.
Government to introduce landmark bill on surrogacy in Cabinet
The bill addresses ethical and legal issues related to child birth through Assisted Reproductive Technologies.
The bill is significant as currently there is no supervisory body in the country under which ART clinics offering services, including surrogacy to infertile couples, can be placed and there is no system to monitor these services and ensure that surrogate mothers are not exploited. According to draft bill provisions, no woman less than 21 years of age and over 35 years can act as a surrogate mother. The bill also, for the first time, states conditions for foreign couples seeking to hire surrogates in India. "Several issues such as ethical, moral, monetary and safety, have been raised in this area by various sectors of the society as there is no law to regulate the issues of surrogacy in India," a Health ministry note states.
The Bill comes at a time when surrogacy has become a preferred mode of having children, with film stars like Aamir Khan and Shahrukh Khan opting for the method. Under the new draft law, surrogacy is defined as "an arrangement in which a woman agrees to a pregnancy achieved through ART in which neither of the gametes (the egg or the sperm) belong to her or her husband, with the intention of carrying the pregnancy to term and hand over the child to the persons for whom she is acting as a surrogate."
As per the bill, all expenses of the surrogate mother would have to borne by the infertile couple, including her insurance. A surrogate, before being hired, has to be medically tested for sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS to ensure she does not pass on the infection to the child. To streamline financial commitments between the infertile couple and the surrogate mother, the draft bill says a surrogate mother has the right to terminate her pregnancy at any time but if she does so without medical reasons, she will have to reimburse the cost to the infertile couple which has hired her.
If, however, the pregnancy has been terminated for medical reasons, no reimbursement would be needed. Also by law, a surrogate mother would have to relinquish all parental rights over the child born out of the arrangement. The draft bill adds that a surrogate cannot undergo embryo transfer for more than three times for the same couple.
This provision aims to prevent commercialisation of the service. The bill states conditions for foreign couples seeking to hire surrogates in India. As per the draft, they would have to first give a certificate from their foreign ministry stating that the child born out of a surrogacy arrangement would be permitted entry in their country of origin and would be considered the biological child of the couple. "A foreign couple seeking a surrogate service in India will have to appoint a local guardian to care for the surrogate mother till the child is delivered to the hiring couple. Foreign couple will use at least one gamete of their own in the creation of the embryo. "In case the foreign couple fails to take delivery of the child, the local guardian would be obliged to take the said delivery and he would be free to hand over the child in adoption," the draft law states.
Once the bill is passed by Parliament, all states and UTs would have to constitute state boards and registration authority to regulate ART clinics and banks in their areas. Every state board will have the power of a civil court to adjudicate matters under the law and even impose penalties.
A National Advisory Board for ART will be established under the Health Ministry to recommend modification of rules to the ART techniques and Indian Council of Medical Research will maintain a national registry of ART clinics and banks in India which will act as a central database through which all information related to services offered by clinics will be maintained.

ESSENCE IN MARATHI

LOVE OF NAMA: DR. SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR
LOVE OF NAMA: DR. SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR

A: How can I get love of NAMA?
B: It is a very good question! Getting love of NAMA is of great fortune! It is the most coveted thing in life!
But it is not very difficult. To start with; even if you give only 01% of your money, 02 % of your energy, 05% of your time and just 10% of your attention; for the practice and propagation of NAMASMARAN; you may be adorned in love of NAMA; in the course of time!
A: But; why do I have to spend money?
B: Do you ask this question to your landlord; when you pay the rent? Do you ask this question to your government; when you pay tax? Do you ask this question when you pay for any products or services?
A: No! But?
B: As I understand it; unless you get rid of (Forget about SHADRIPUS); at least some of your petty selfishness and preoccupations; it is difficult to get love of NAMA!
A: But is this transaction worthwhile? Is it feasible?
B: What is the value of you life? love of NAMA is life of life! You have to decide; what "price" you can give; or how much you want to hassle over it!

MISSION: DR SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR
MISSION: DR SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR

Friend A: What is your mission?
Friend B: To keep practicing NAMASMARAN; for increasing time and intensity!
Friend A: What about holistic renaissance?
Friend B: Holistic renaissance; has been actually an ever progressing solution to one's perceptions about problems! It is neither a means nor an end!
Friend A: So; have you given up the mission of holistic renaissance? Do you; now think; we should not address social problems?
Friend B: No! Being petty and mean; is turning away from God, Guru, Truth and true self! It is suicidal.
Only thing is; holistic renaissance; is not an aim or a means or an end. It would be a byproduct; of the process of being one with cosmic consciousness; by billions (through NAMASMARAN and other means); as has been the case; throughout history.
