By good ARV medicines to treat HIV ,no more oppurtunistic infections occur as viral load decreases and CD$ increases but CANCERS AND CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES ARE NO MORE LESS BUT INCREASED So,While the incidence of a range of AIDS-related opportunistic infections has dramatically dropped over the 20 years during which combination antiretroviral therapy has existed, rates of serious non-AIDS events have not followed the same pattern. For some events -- particularly those typically associated with aging, such as cardiovascular disease and many types of cancer -- rates have risen, leading to considerable debate over their causes and potential solutions.
"I think probably [those events have] something to do with inflammation," El-Sadr said. "There's something going on that the antiretroviral therapy is not suppressing completely, or [there's] some other mechanism that nobody's discovered yet. That would be my guess."
At the moment, the HIV clinical community has little more than a collection of such educated guesses. Only additional research can help answer one of the most vexing remaining conundrums in HIV care.
Therefore,it is essential to look into other medications and vaccinations which neither allow its detection in blood nor its hidden reservoir in lymphoid or other cells of body where it cause cancer or change in fat metabolism to cause such disease or recurrance of disease as once treatment is stopped.
