Politicians and Bureaucrats are taking on " Doctors " for cheap popularity in public ,Breaking News in TV and Headlines in Newspapers that  in Andhra Pradesh they are planning to attach RFIDs Tags to body of Doctors as RFIDs Tags are put on different Commodities in Big Malls so that no body can steal the,on hens, chickens,goats,cows,bufallows in Animal Husbandry ,on lions,tigers,deers in forest area so that their movement can be assessed and controlled through out 24hrs.                 In present scenario,most Doctors in Government Hospitals and Medical Colleges ,in private clinics, Nursing Homes, Corprate Hospitals and Medical colleges have to sign in and out in register two times beside it have to give two times Biometric Attnedance and Live Adharcard Enabled live monitoring .Any 15 minutes dealy either during IN or OUT that day will be marked as absence and their salary will be cut.                    Government say that Doctors run away after signing and again comes while giving outgoing registers so they should be monitored round the clock forgetting the fact that MOST DOCTORS are on call 24x7 for patients admitted under them or their unit in hospitals.Junior Doctors, Nursing Staff ,Superintendant, Principal, Director,Dean .Ceo  can call them any time and most Doctors are on call in CAMPUS 24x7 atleast 2-3 days in a weak on their admission day but for this no extra payment is paid for this excessive rigorous duty.It is declared as Huminatarian Obligation and compulsion of this noble profession..On Independance day or on 26th january they have to be on duty if in nearby areas a flag hosting by CM or Governor is done or in their area if president,CMs,Ministers visit .They are called in emergency if any flood or bomb attack etc happened or their all leaves are cancelled if epidemic of any disease occurs but for this extra duty no extra payment is done.               On the contrary,Politicians hardly attend their legislative assembly or parliament or even aftr attending disrupt it badly as no work is allowed ,what to talk of cutting salary,even TA/DA,cheap foods,free travelling,office staffs and many luxurious frebbies are provided.Most Bureaucrats after coming in their office are hardly traced if askedthe office states "sahab is in field or doing official meeting bu they are rulers so no question can be raised against them,the person who despatches the money who will be able to cut their salary for any their absence,any biometric attendance in their office is for simple show.            In many hospitals only Doctors are allowed to put biometric attendance ,for fear of Unions this rule doesnot implied on third or fourth grade employees,so such discriminations of Doctors appear very insulting.Inspite of working so much in many hospitals and mmedical Colleges Doctors are recruited as Temporary or vising consutants where payment is made as per hour wise working or nothing paid from Hospital but hospital pay only 1/2 of visiting or consulting or operating  fee collected from patients ,here there is no leaves granted to Doctors if no patient comes to get consultancy during his sitting in Hospital nothing will be paid to Doctor although he/she has to attend hospital during alotted time regularly.In many private medical colleges Doctors are appointed during visit of MCI only and paid for these 2 days only and in Goverment Medical Colleges are appointed as Contractual workers with half of salary to paid to Regular appointed Doctors with 2 days total leaves in a month against Supreme Court ruling that CONTRACTUAL worker will get same salary as REGULAR WORKERS AND 15 DAYS CASUAL LEAVES,30 DAYS EARN LEAVES BESIDE 30 DAYS MEDICAL LEAVES ARE ALLOWED TO THEM.          It is high time that every Doctor should raise voice against this and also compel his/her Associations to fight for the honor and respect of Doctors and should select and elect only those Office bearers who fight for prestige of Doctors rather than prevailing attitude of Office bearers to be with sate or central Governement for their personal self and benefits.
