There is a shortage of Doctors in Indian society,Doctor Population ratio is quite low in Towns /Cities what to talk of Rural and village setup.Therefore, Government of day or even in past advised their party  politicians and cofident Bureaucrats are on the way to increase quantity of Doctors by hook or crook.         First they tried by opening new Pvt Medical Colleges and started admitting students of any marks or standard on fake entrance examinations at the black capitation fee of 50 lacs to 1 crore for MBBS seat and Rs 1-4 crore for MD / MS /Diploma studies by completely capturing MCI ,THE MEDICAL Regulating Authority in India by great manipulator like Dr Ketan Desai and later directly appointing their persons in its executive committee who gave license to run Medical colleges ignoring very evident Ghost Faculties,completely laking land and other infrastrucure facilities and Fake patients list of treatment where Degreeis being distributed ignoring medical education completely leading to production of MUNNA BHAI Doctors.       As due to vibrant visual and print media and Social Media exposures,Direct involvement of a Supreme court CJI to grant permission to hold fake entrance examinations by private medical college against  payment of hundred crores on last day of his term stimulated other honest member of this Supreme court bench when the reviw petition come under his supermacy put NEET or a common entrance test to be conducted by central government mandatory for MBBS AND PG admissions and later CJI constituted an oversight committee to monitor tainted MCI.As reported in media recently 4000 pg seats allowed by this MCI too ignoring widely prevalent shortage of teachers in pvt medical colleges (to be shown as GHOST TEACHERS ON DAY OF INSPECTION),starting from adequate land,study classes,labs,ots,icus,blood bank and shortage of nursing and other paramedical staffs and arranged fake lists of ipd,opd,operated,x-rays,usgs,ct scan,endoscopes and investigated patients .SC monitored oversight committee is simply blind for such blunder and open corruption,the pressure better known to it only.           But our government is not stopping here only as previous Government first wanted a 3 years rural Doctor course equivalent to MBBS course in allopathy to meet shrtage of Doctors but under pressure of IMA it was forced to hold it .Now present Government in cente is proposing that after 1 year course in pharma cology all HOMEOPATHIC AND AYURVEDIC DOCTORS SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO WRITE ANY ALLOPATHIC MEDICINES and even they are proposing that they can operate too and even can conduct medical termination of pregnancy which are barred to MBBS doctors without a training in MTP and except in very emergency if near by any surgical centre available then MBBS doctor cant operate independantally too otherwise consumer or criminal court may punish him any time but for these Doctors Government is bringing Bill and making law so that these newly converted Doctors cant be challnged in court too.               even idea is spreading like fire that Dentist can be provided MBBS degree after additional study or training in clinical subject for 1-2 years and many bureaucrats occupying chairs in organisatios like Niti Ayog has opined that Nursing student should be provide MBBS degree  too by mere clinical training for few years.Same way Government has allowed Foreign graduates from china,russia,tanzania,ukraine ,malaysia, singapore,Bangladesh , Nepal,Srilanka,African countries to practice in India as Doctors from UK,USA, Australia are allowed. We know how an average poor in study students get admission in MBBS course in China,Russia,Nepal,Bangladesh,Srilanka ,Ukraine etc places on mere paying a fee of rsupees 5-10 lacs for one session and most of these medical Colleges have Indian students only who cant clear NEET here but can go such foreign countries and became doctors by paying Rs 50-70 lacs .Many doctors from Russia and Ukraine practice in India as MD as MBBS is called MD there and confuse patients as if MD in Medicine but our Government and MCI is silent on such open corruptions.             Except few top tertiary care Pvt Allopathic or Modern Medicine Hospitals in Delhi Ncr and in Northen and evn in southern states Most Hospitals and Nursing Homes of Modern medicines are run on the shoulders of  BAMS,BHMS and Unani and Sidhha Doctors ,all CMOs,DM,SP of district or ACP
