"WHEN POLITICIANS WILL STOP BLAMING DOCTORS FOR NEWS HEADLINES-CM WEST BENGAL CROSSED LAXMAN REKHA "      Now a days it appears acompetition among Politicians on the advice of their frustated Bureaucrtats who being student sat in medical Entrance Examination but could not succeed to be selected for medical profession to blame The Doctors for every problem of the society. What recently a Bill passed hurriedly without sending toHealth select committee for discussion by furious and angry CM Mamta Banerjee has crossed every limit to dishonour Doctors & Hospitals in west Bengal where Doctors can be arrested immediatley by Police on mere complain to a forum by a patient of any untoward effect of treatment or otherwise unsatisfied by excessive expense or misconduct and can be jailed from 2 yrs to 10 yrs within 6 months by a commission to be headed by retired judge or Bureaucrats. Hospitals will be shut likely on complain and can be fined rs 10 lacs to 50 lacs and jail for its owners if commission is unsatisfied and see a mistake by hospital which has no right to fight the case in local or district court and have to waive off whole money if pt's attendent cant pay after death and cant refuse pts suffering from accident,rape,terror activities or any major disease without asking any money.
 First.Central government  come to fix price of stents and then fixing price of many medicines and now going to fix price of different implants used in orthopaedic and other surgeries,whatever they think most Doctors welcome this decision but contrary they think they have nabbed and fixed Doctors.                     Doctors are no where in this whole business and industries,Pharmaceutical companies which manufacture such stents and implants are mostly from foreign countries,our PM goes to Foreign nations and invite them to come to India and invest,their investments,way of working and earning is all before Government and its regulating authorities if as being bribed r by another region if the Government or its agencies are blind and stents are priced 100-1000$ more than their actual cost ,responsibility lies on Government not Doctors.Such discrepancy is not on medical items but for all mobiles,computers,microsoft and google sotwares, hardisks ,printers,household items to heavy machinery to diagnostic petscan, mri, ctscan or cancer curing radiotherapy machines beside in field of agriculture,education, transport,real state, electronic,communication,photography,news media,making films to every thing which is imported from foreign countries but POLITICIANS AND BUREAUCRATS CREAT BREAKING NEWS ON TV AND SOCIAL MEDIA AND HEADLINES IN PRINT MEDIA BY GAGING DOCTORS AS IF Doctors are only the culprit in society who suck public blood by doing all such illegal business of maximum profitting which is completely false .Government forget the most patients want best treatment by the latest instruments and medicines and implants ignoring its price or availability and at best equipped hospitals and superspecailist Doctors only,Government instead of educationing the common people and Pharma copany choose an easy trap of simply blaming DOCTORS for any disbalance in society.               Next comes form Women welfare ministers that Doctors are doing unneccsarily Caesarian sections for deliveries ,notificaions sent to government Hospitals to check it immediately and in private hospitals CMOs are warning to restrict C-Sections as if MOST Obstertricians want it delibrately to earn money which is many times not true except few examples,in modern era of competition and cnsumer courts and vibrant media if any delay in surgery cause any loss of or damage to new born or mother will land obstetricians and paediatricians of heavy fined by consumer court and criminal court and in India people will take law in hand and will beat doctors badly as recently a paediatrician was beaten in Odisha.             After thowing TATA from singur in west bengal in its first term,Chief Minister of West Bengal is so much against Hospitals and Doctors that she has brough a WEST BENGAL CLINICAL ESTABLISHMENT 2017 in avery hurried manner without subjecting it to select committee on Health which will form a Commission which will compell hospitals in that state to close and Doctors will be arrested immediately and shall be prisoned and jailed as either jailed for 2 yrs in case of medical negligence or for 10 yrs if negligence is severe will be decided by state medical council which is run the state politicians mainly and no relief can be asked in local court only writ can be filed in high court only.For any wrong service starting from bad behavior or excessive charge any body can complain to commission and it will pass order immediately ,a fine tune of rs 1o lacs will be provided as compensation or even 50 lacs if BUREAUCRATS AND POLITICIANS LOBBY SITTING IN COMMISSION DECIDE IT AND HOSPITAL OWNERS WILL BE ARRESTED AND WILL BE SENT TO JAIL AND LICENSE TO RUN HOSPITAL WILL BE WITHDRWAN,THIS COMMISSION DECISION CANT BE CHALLANGED IN LOCAL COURT/Secondly decision of commission will come within 6 months time only and in case of Death whatever may be bill cant be asked from the family of dead and the dead body will be dispatched immediately,in case of any traum or terrorist attack or rap or any epidemics all hospitals have to admit the patient immediately and start treatment without asking any money otherwise hospital will be fined ,if patient attendant not satisfied with the treatment then in case of death all money with fine will be returned.There will be fixed price tag on every service starting from opd to indoor to any operation or inestigations which is still prevalent but any contrary to it will be referred to Comission and within 6 wks commission will reimburse it through hospital and will fine the Hospital .SHE IS SO MUCH FURIOUS AGAINST DOCTORS THAT SHE IS SUGGESTING THAT EVERY STATE SHOULD FOLLOW IT ,ARREST DOCTORS ,JAILED DOCTORS FOR2 YRS OR 10 YRS FOR ANY COMPLICATION THAT HAPPENED DUE TO COMPLICATIONS HAPPENED TO A PATIENT WHICH ARE OUT OF THEIR HAND SOMETIMES INVOLVES ONLY THE PROCEDURE AS HAPPENS IN HAND OF BEST DOCTORS WITH BEST HOSPITALS WITH ALL FACILITIES AND WHAT TO TALK WITH 3% HEALTH BUDGET OF GDP HOW DOCTORS WORK AND COMPROMISE IS WELL EVIDENT BUT HERE A CM IS SO ANGRY THAT WANT TO TEACH A LESSON TO DOCTORS AND HOSPITALS .      NOW  for no mistake of Doctors or Hospitals for any kind of dissatisfication, Public will take law in hand as this Bill lower reputation of Doctors and Hospitals very low in public,every body will want treatment free of cost and in case of Death no payment as Hospitals cant ask it more and for any fault and untoward complications during treatment Doctors will be charged and put behind bar .                    Medicine is a very difficult to practice and it is changing every day with recent developments every day,A good doctor has to read every day and face the challange .A doctor is produced at the loss of about 12-15 years of study where he /she sacrifies his/her all holidays,important festivals and leaves to serve the patient with very less payment if we compare salary and frebbies of modern Technologists, Industralits,Bureaucrats ,sports Media & Entertainment and Management people so most of students dont want to be Doctor at all,as it bring no repputation ,limelight in society rather always a questionable and accusable section who is blamed if there is no good result in treatment of a disease or if one has to spend more money for treatment for cure although everybody wants best but it should be a cheap one.
 Therefore Our associations should be with the Government with more hard decisions to prevent them from framing such hard laws and comments as these will deteriate name and fame of Doctors badly in society and every now and then people will take law in their hand to traumatise Doctors or Hospitals for any untoward result of treatment or where money is asked FOR PAYMENT.
