gone are the days when we needed to wait endlesly after extraction of teeth  for dental implants. patients had to undergo trauma of extraction & half the patients disappeared at the thought of second surgery for bone grafting, third surgery for implantation & fourth surgery for loding of implants.

it is such a peacefull process to extact a tooth painlessly & using the same socket create a proper oseotomy & place an implant. factors to be considered are:- perio condition; active infection; surrounding bone & other relevant factors.
