Modern Medicine so called Allopathy is the most competitive Branch of treatment in the eyes of o Politicians,Bureaucrats,Public and News Media in India.At one side if there is any complication or death by Modern Medicine practising Doctor or Hospital,people surround such doctors and hospitals with hugh mob and resort to beat doctor badly and damage hospital taking law in their hand.

            Our media whether printed or electronic or social media show it as breaking news and all things are shown and written as Doctor and hospital is only at fault,.People,politician,bureacrats and even judiciary are mostly against doctors.They simply donot want to understand that Modern Medical therapy has got many unwanted and unwarranted complications and they do occur inspite of best knowledge, treatment and treating centres.A cure or life cant be guarranted.But Doctors and hospitals are first subjected to hoolganism,roudism and antisocial tortures by public mobs which are hardly arrested by police and even arrested mostly discharged by police or judiciary as they have done crime but they are on the side of patients.Doctors are tried in civil.consumer and criminal court,some state want to deal them as murders with life imprisonment  in name of Medical Negligence which mostly happens due to a part of medical process or unconscious undesired omissions never committed willingly or for any commission.

           On other hand Medicine can be practised by any body in India,almost many Medicine Stores prescribe medicine on their encounter if any body ask it for some problem,Most Homeopaths, Siddha, Ayurvedevacharya, Unani  or AYUSH doctors hardly practice their pathy but being Doctor write mostly modern medicines as thy provide immediate and scientific prooved improvements,Few trained Nurses  and pharmacist also prescribe it .Beside it there are thousands of RMPs and Quacks who taking one or two year of working in some hospitals, do medical therapy using modern medicines and few even operate.

                   Beside this in India,many doctors of Rekki,Sublok,Magnet,Acupressure,Acupuncture,Magnet therapy,and yoga babas are practising,like AYUSH doctors they are not only confined to their therapy but beside the basic physical excercise, they advise modern investigations like blood,urine examinations, x-ray, ecg,ctsacn,ultrasound etc for diagnosis and provide odern medicines too.The work done by them is not questioned by any one.Even patients develop bad complications and death they are hardly blamed by people,hackled or arrested by police,no case filed against them ,so their number is increasing day by day.Hardly we shall hear or listen the news that AYUSH DOCTORS,RMPs, Quacks, Rekki,Yoga teachers practising Modern medicines has been punishd by the court or arrested by Police .Even Police is informed hardly any action is taken against them,they openly practice and are licnesed to do what ever they do easily .Even our Government is trying hard to convert such AYUSH doctors,Rekki and Yoga teachers, Nurses ,Physiotherapist ,optometrist and pharmacist  into MBBS doctors with 1-2 yrs of training to correct doctor population ratio.

              in this regard recently,The Madhya Pradesh government is planning to set up astro-OPDs (out-patient departments) in hospitals where people will be diagnosed by astrologers.The plan is to patients consult astrologers and soothsayers to find solutions to their problems. The department will reportedly have ‘qualified’ soothsayers with degrees from the state government’s Maharashi Patanjali Sanskrit Sansthan (MPSS), an institution in Bhopal.The report says that the ‘astrologers, vastu experts, palmists and proponents of Vedic karmakanda’ will be delving into the problems of patients and visitors alike, for three to four hours twice a week with a preference for weekends. The astro-OPD centre in Bhopal will be reportedly close to the Red Cross building there.

           “Like OPDs where junior doctors work under the supervision of seniors, aspiring astrologers will assist astro experts in dealing with various kinds of cases in the astro OPDs,” MPSS director P.R. Tiwari told the newspaper.Experts will reportedly be those that have been taking lectures at the MPSS for astrology, vastu and paurohitya (priesthood); courses started by the institute a few weeks ago.The OPD will reportedly have teams of experts and neo-astrologers who will study the planets and the horoscopes of the patients and arrive at a diagnosis. If the effort is a success, such OPDs are expected to crop up at 138 Sanskrit schools which are run by the government in the state.

         Medicine has been made Joke in this country those who spent 15 yrs or more to be a good doctor and an expertise may come after spending almost whole life ,are tried as criminal and on another  hand every Tom Dick Harry can practise it easily and are their competitors so newl graduates and post graduates cant devekop a good practise and earning as they are treated doctors in even Modern medcine hospitals through out India,they practise openly in every village ,city,town of India at prominent places,they come on TV running their lectures for hrs (Even top Modern Medicine Doctors donot afford to pay so much for open advertisement which is unethical as per Hippocrates and MCI ethics) .Their lectures are full of wrong statements,false promises and unscientific explanations But neither Police,Public,Politicians ,Bureaucrats and Judiciary react  for these criminal offences which may disease any person for unlimited period or may kill person.Everybody wants to write  doctor prefix before their name in India  and practise modern Medicine to earn hugh money by such short courses.Our Government and administration endorse it. 

      Will our administrators,law maintaining agency and judiciary will check them or wait till this noble profession is totally finished by such open quackery and putting learned educated doctors to unemployment leading to no more interest in this branch of youths and their guardians?As now they are sent to docks and jails for their no fault after working for years ,spending almost all their youth period for welfare of patients
