On January 3, 2006 a dental care workshop cum awareness compaign was launched at Devki Devi Jain College for women. Dr.RAJANBIR SINGH THIND & DR.GURINDER KAUR THIND awakened the students regarding latest trends in the dentistry. The session was held in college seminar hall & attended by about 200 students. Dr.Thind answered all the queries of students which was very well appreciated by the students. Dr. Thind removed all the misconceptions in the mids of students about the dental surgeons. The campaign was done under the aegis of mission smile launched by Thind Dental Clinic in association with NSS unit of DD Jain College for women under the guidance of Mrs. Lotika Gupta & Mrs.Seema Soni. The campaign is being coordinated by Mr.T.L.Verma, Mr.Rahul Ketan & Mr Lal Mani. The function concluded by a vote of thanks by the principal Dr.(Mrs.)Prem Singla to the doctors and student. The second and more important aspect of the workshop were taken care of on 4th January 2006 when all that was delivered was given practical shape in the form of Dental Check –Up Camp and dental problem of the students were solved by the doctors.
