I wish to quit tobacco. I have been using chewing tobacco for last 10 years. My age is 54.Can someone help me or suggest a way out ? Thanking you in anticipation

Thank God you have atleats thought of quitting tobacco at last. That itself shows your commitment. Simplest way is strong determination and leave it at once and start keeping SONF or AMLA etc in your mouth in place of tobacco. No medicines are advisable or needed to change a habbit. Just decide and tell your friends & family of this good news & do it right now. Don't make long term plans for this.You will realise the advantases after a month or so. Congratulations for the courage.
