      Now a days Medical Profession  have tough competitions and it's graduates,post graduates and even super specialists have to struggle to survive in the society .After passing, now to start own practice with few thousand or lacs of rupees is impossible in cities or busy towns as big superstar hospitals and nursing homes has been constructed with zigzag,blinking advertisements and marketing teams of providing cash or kind kickbacks on referral of patients to these hospitals(Both are illegal but practised everywhere in India  by Most Hospitals and Doctors,Health,General Administration and Media sleeps under dose of bribe by kind or cash) ,so most affordable people either go there thmeselves or are purchased indirectly by so called dalal or marketing agents.Secondly such hospitals have Multispeciality Doctors,most latest modern diagnostic tools,icus,ots ,blood bank etc.so like a Mall every thing related to health present.So patients usually prefer them although they understand that they have to pay 10-1000 times more than what they will pay to a Doctor in his clinic but how far poor we may be but while to take treatment we forget eveything and ready to get treatment even by raising debt or donations.

             Secondly Medical professionals those who are in non clinical subjects has to get service either in the medical colleges or health administrations or in army,paramilitary or big corporates like coal india,air india, ongc or banks or schools or clubs or prefer to foreign countries or indulge in scientific research of csir,icmr etc ,in nutshell to get established to earn is not an easy process after spending 10-12 yrs with a pg degree and 6-8 yrs with a MBBS degree.Every MBBS always try for getting a PG or does  junior residency in clinical subjects for 1-2 yrs minimum before indulging in any service or practice.few also does it for 3-4 yrs to get a PG seat any how and even after PG ,for getting a super Speciality the same 1-4 yrs are spent ,even after Super Speciality,2-3 residency is done to get promotionas as Assistant professor or to be a senior consultant in big corporate hospitals.

                Inspite of such tough period of study for 10-15 yrs and getting establishment for livehood earning still craze for Medical profession is high in the society,most students want to be a doctor and still many parents push their children for this too.Medical Seats are limited and PMT taking students are in lakhs.

            A Bazar for Medical Education has been  started in India.Hundreds of Private medical Colleges out numbering Government medical colleges opened by powerful businessmen,industralists with shares of bureaucrats, politicians and judges.With blessing of few Corrupt MCI Inspectors and Board members many pvt medical colleges with few teachers 1-2 buildings,poor functionig hospitals and few opd and ipd patients were given license to produce Doctors.MBBS seats were being sold for black backdoor donations of 50-to 80 lacs,PG for 1-4 crores and superspeciality for 4-8 crores.Those who can pay will get admitted with minimum passing marks in basic higher secondary exam.The owners of Medical colleges become millionare or billionare  in 1-2 years with just investment of 5-20 crores which is too acquired through corrupt banking system of India where such loans are provided against bribe and commission mostly with no credentials of the party.

                 In this regard to earn crores in few years,many medical colleges has been started but these have not been recognised by MCI or health ministry,many are affiliated to such University which is not recognised by ministry of Human resource or Education or UGC.Many recognised colleges were derecognised for few years on next MCI Inspection or their some courses has been derecognised.few colleges started ,letter of intent and letter for operation given but students were not allowed for admission but they still operate and admit students Most Colleges never express their real status.Even many fake colleges on papers are existing in the name of College of alternative medicines,Homeopathy,Ayurveda,sidhha or unani system.

             But students wants admission and their parents want  to see them as a Doctor so get  admitted anywhere without checking anything in detail.many even go to foreign countries like Nigeria,China,Nepal, Bangladesh,Georgia,Russia etc as there is no competition and students get admission by paying money and fee is much cheaper there.In these countries,many institutes not recognised by MCI .But students or their guardians hardly check it.After passing from Foreign countries, many student cant clear foreign graduates certificate exam of NBE for many years but still remain in India practising with fake registration or no MCI registration in private in cities or towns or even in big hospitals which keep them knowing everything as they are paid less salary.Many students admit in Ayurvedic ,homeopathic colleges and then after geetting degree from there practice as Allopathy physician which is a crime.Some calling themselves RMPS after working under some doctors or hospitals acquire fake degree from some universities which is also a crime.Many Big hospitals and even associations like IMA run Diploma ,Pg In family medicine, diploma courses of degree courses in intensive care,diabetes,cardiology,Usg training ,echocardiography,IVF Technology ,maternal and child health etc,even many foreign university recognise it as MCH in orthopaedic ,many foreign universities give degree in their countries or recognise courses of few big hospitals of India,many impart training in Cardiovascular,plastic,transplant,orthopaedic,IVF,Endoscopies,baraitric,robotic and lap surgeries,usgs ,radiotherapy etc but these are not recognised by MCI and are legally a fake course. 

              Therefore we see thatmany Doctors are present in India starting from MBBS,PG Degree or diploma holders or even so called super specialists working in best corporate hospitals with a good training in new type of surgeries and procedures and performance but these are not recognised by MCI ,so Indian courts will not accept all these degree,qualifications and their working  legally.

           The situations in which MBBS or PG or Specialst degree or course  can be questioned are:

If the degree is fake,If the degree is not approved by MCI,If the course / qualification is not recognized and approved as per the provisions of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.,If the university is not approved by MCI as per the provisions of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

      Gone are the days when people were trusting Doctors like a God,nobody questioned Doctors but now at every momment for slight delay of care or mismanagement or in event of casuality ,Doctors are attacked mercilesly,and beaten.Their hospitals,nursing home,clinics are vandalised.Even after  good outcome,for hefty charge or to extract money from Doctors or hospitals,consumer or criminal cases are done against Doctors and hospitals everywhere.Politicians and Press always take benefit of situation and highlight it to gain popularity and high trp.

                     Therefore it is advisable to all those who want to join medical profession as to see where they are getting admitted,whether it is recognised by MCI or Government of India in currant year.To practise without registration as MBBS or MD/MS or DM /MCH is a crimeand and the court reward strict punishment for this if dragged by someone in court. Those doing diploma or PG course or super specaility or specail courses must see that these are duly recognised otherwise to practise with flashed name of such diploma or degree or supers pecaality or special training will make them vulnerable to court litigations and in which their primary registration  too may be cancelled by MCI or Court may debar them to practise beside imposing fine or other punishment.
