Before the introduction of NEET for MBBS admission in Pvt medical Colleges seats were openly sold in 50 lac to 1 crore before conducting any so called entrance exam by one pvt medical college or their consortium but after NEET too few Pvt Medical Colleges are admitting students securing less marks in NEET against a bribe of 15-30 lakhs in total before completion of Counselling by DGHS and other agency of state or central Government .They have hugh 100-150 seats in a new medical College and many of these will be vaccant in mop up round where they will  manipulate seats  by bribing higher authority replacing deserving students to these no achievers against bribe.This Medical education Bazar and industry of earning crores in few years was  exposed in a sting operation done by India Today shown in TV and reported in many news papers of India.

                     As per the sting operation Dr Himani Agarwal CEO of Merrut Mulayam Singh Yadav Medical College was admitting about 40 unachiever students against a bribe of Rs.15 lakhs just now when counselling is yet to be started and telling openly that hugh part of such black money will go to high officials to snatch seats from them in mop up round.Similiarly Mr Mohisin and Mr Ahmed of Era Medical College,Lucknow  called this bribe as Vitamin C for admitting weak non performing students in first round of NEET itself .Similiarly Mr Pandey and Mr Tripathi finance officer of TS Misra Medical College Lucknow told this reporter that they have to fill up 150 seats and they did it by taking Rs.10lacs as bribe last year they admittied students starting from Rs 20 lacs to 10 lacs.

                    Not only this ,it was openly published and CBI  started a case against  10 pvt medical colleges in Goa admitted students who even didnot qualify in NEET eamination.It is also reported in media that  some Pvt medical colleges are admitting students in a year even if they are derecognised by MCI for this year or they admit students for full number of seats even if their seats reduced by MCI in the hope that hardly any checking is done for this and once in future this College is again recognised by MCI whole lot will be recognised.Or these colleges gets relief from state high court which in many cases direct MCI to conduct reinspection and till then allows admission of students But Supreme Court in recent judgement barred all court to pass such judgement in future.

                     Many Pvt Medical college charge fee as they like telling that these colleges are under deemed university so can decide their own fee but such act is totally illegal as directed by Supreme court in its judgement recently.Highest court ordered fees should be as per Department of Health of State or Centre.             Although Central Minister of state for Health Mr Ashwani Chowbey has told that the strict action will be taken if these are reported to them but it is an open confession,what more clear and loud affirmation of corruption will come out? MCI and Health Ministry of Central and State Government should start a suo moto enquiry in this matter and in other matters as stated above highlighted by media and Supreme Court many times immediately so that culprits are booked and nothing such is done by any Pvt Medical College in future or will these continue as going since years accepting as part of extorted money of these medical colleges as bribe bringing very bad name and fame to our Medical education ?

                 it is high time that MCI should ask every medical college to publish list of students admitted with their marks in NEET Examination with the money charged from them otherwise all other seats should be banned immediately with a so dominant remark digitally that students admitted in a medical college in a year get MCI registration after passing if their year wise study in a medical college is recognised by MCI otherwise all benefits of keeping clean our medical education by our Supreme court will go invain .MCI should compel every student to write it confidentially his opinion regarding a medical college and by studying them in total must act against Medical  College if majority and few indicates corruption or manipulation.

                      It is duty of every Medical Student or parent of every student to write to MCI or state or central Health ministry immediately if they find that their ward is not admitted as some no achiever is admitted against bribe.Even teaching faculty in medical colleges should expose such colleges if such irregularities are practised.MCI should be more vigilant to grant 100-150 seats to Private Medical colleges in starting.As with these hugh seats, many seats are left vaccant so Colleges do open marketing just after NEET examination result as in this sting operation,by selling these seats to weaker students as those who perform never want admission in such new Medical colleges.Students know that study in these medical colleges is mostly very weak as they have few faculty members,few patients and weak study facilities and enviornment .They know that they have manipulated many thing for recognition and are here to earn crores in few years of starting a medical College.
