BE CAREFUL ALWAYS AS 65 YRS OLD DOCTOR  ARRESTED ON CHARGE OF MOLESTATING A LADY

AS PATIENT'S RELATIVE A 65-year-old doctor was arrested today for allegedly making sexual advances to a woman who visited his clinic along with her ailing mother, the police said.

The 26-year-old woman had taken her mother to the kidney specialist, who instead of examining the mother, allegedly began to touch the younger woman inappropriately and asked whether her mother felt any pain at the spots he touched, the police said.

According to police, a 26-year old woman had taken her mother to Dr Ramalingam, a kidney specialist, with regard to some ailment.

However, instead of diagnosing the mother, the doctor started indulging in touching the lady inappropriately while asking the woman if her mother has pain in the particular place that he was touching her, police said.

The irked woman left in a huff and lodged a complaint at the All Woman Police Station, based on which case was registered against the old man under sec 354(a) (violence against women and Atrocities against women 4.

He was arrested and remanded for 15 days and lodged in the Central Jail.

 This case is open and shut case where even senior doctors examines a lad patient not carefulLy and with dignity,has the specialist examined the case in presence of female attendant or nurse and even stated the patient relative carefully on an artificial model even exhibiting private parts without touching the daughter which is not required,the Doctor would have saved,Doctor version is not available,media electronic,print social media circulated it defaming doctor completely,doctor or associations must come forward and protest in media explaining the truth,mostly doctors are not that sexually perverted and that too of this age they will touch relative of patient in this way .We donot know the facts but usually such thing is not practised at all in medical fraternity,patient attendant may be furiated of his charges,not to give reasonable advice or time but as Doctor touched her,she fully blowed the issue and Doctor was helpless and arrested and he is criminal before his family,medical and general society,his all reputation was maligned and ruined  by a simple unwanted incidence which he may not have acted as has been reported.

           so it is high time too be careful always in our behaviour while dealing patients in opd or ipd or at other place,always do in presence of some attendant or better under camera as time is very bad for doctors as they have to deal public and public has no respect and recognition for doctors as in past for our slight carelessness or mistake,a mountain will be raised on a carcass of an ant.Such incidences must bbe countered by Doctors or associations as one side story always keep Doctor in dock and doctor patient relationship are damaged and if not countered more and more such incidences are reported by media for trp as general people always takes interest where a Doctor is penalised or a hospital is closed.
