Rosalind Elsie Franklin (25 July 1920 to 16 April 1958) was an English biophysicist, physicist, chemist, biologist and X ray crystallographer who made contributions to the understanding of the fine molecular structures of DNA, RNA, viruses according to wiki. Franklin is best known for her work on the X-ray diffraction images of DNA. Her data, according to Francis Crick, was a part of the data used to formulate Crick and Watson's 1953 hypothesis regarding the structure of DNA. Unpublished drafts of her papers (written as she was arranging to leave King's College London) show that she had determined the overall B-form of the DNA helix. Her work supported the hypothesis of Watson and Crick and was published third, in the series of three DNA Nature articles. After finishing her portion of the DNA work, Franklin led pioneering work on the tobacco mosaic and polio viruses. She died aged 37 of complications arising from ovarian cancer.

Her research work on two types of DNA is strikingly similar to the YIN and YANG concept of opposing Energy. The Idea of the double Helix that has two strands running in opposing directions enables them to replicate themselves by separating and copying the genetic material to create two separate DNA.

This follows Chargaff's rule that postulates structured bonding of Pyrimidines & Purines in a AT and CG pairing leading to the "Balanced Structure" of the Genetic staircase. So it is my theory that everything in this world follows the cosmic Yin and Yang pattern in a dynamic equilibrium and self organizing structure. It is this structure that decides the fate of life.

Her pioneering work and notes prove that she clearly understood that DNA consisted of a double helix of two types of DNA and they were marked "A" and "B" as different results were observed from them. One helix had energy flowing in one direction and the other helix contained energy flowing in the opposite direction.

This FLOW of Energy in opposing directions also points to the flow of Energy in Meridians. So when the Energy flow is upset by an imbalance or stagnation that leads to pathology. Nanjing states that the manifestation of Meridians is available only in a diseased pathology and may not manifest in a normal healthy system.

Dr. Manaka Acupuncture system postulates X - Signal system - that sets-up at embryo genesis stage where cell division cleaves in animal and vegetate polarity in two and four cells in the first few divisions. This creates a primordial X Signal system that becomes redundant ( but exists) once more sophisticated nervous system comes in to play. This sleeping X signal system is used very innovatively by Dr. Manaka to treat pathologies which are complex and not resolved by bio-medicine.

The Chakra system of India has a similar theory called Kundalini Shakti that lies dormant in the base chakra ( MuladharaChakra). Once activated it ascends in the 7 Chakras using similar Embryo Signals that I call E Signals. Ancient Gurus are said to use this E signal to raise the Kundalini Shakti navigating 7 Chakras & rejuvenate the human system & attain immortality. They use the E signals and cells from Sperm to transform the internal organs and any pathology. Garbha Upanishad - a 2500 year old text beautifully describes the embryo genesis.

In bio Medicine - the statement - 'Ontogeny recapitulates Phylogeny' - Ontogeny and Phylogeny explores the relationship between embryonic development. The idea that embryonic developmental stages replay the evolutionary transitions of adult forms of an organism's past descendants.

So if the above postulates that the embryo goes through the transformation of forms quite similar to evolution - Fish, Tortoise, Pig, Dwarf and so on.

Interestingly Cosmic transformation of the Hindu God Vishnu follows a similar form cycle -

If we carefully take the cues from these stories - there is a latent potential available for every human being to transform himself to a greater level of action potential to achieve god like qualities and immortality. The Taoists also believed in immortality.

May be the answer lies in Acupuncture Chakra system. We can say we are still evolving & have a few stages to cross.....to reach the ultimate goal of healthy immortal life on this planet.

If Acupuncture Meridians are path ways of Energy - Chakras are the docking stations and reactors for Energy creation, regulation and transformation. Thus the Energy flows from Chakras thru the Meridian auto-bahn to various organs, fascia, cells and the entire body is nourished with life sustaining force & Balance - Homeostasis.

In out of balance situations - pathology/maldynia - the Acupuncture Chakra treatment essentially re-programs the meridians & Chakras to either tonify or disperse energy imbalance using several techniques.

What happened to Rosalind? Rosalind died young, She never got a Nobel ( it was Crick and Watson who based their work on Rosalind's Photo 51 who got the Nobel) and she just showed the mankind the structure of our basic building bloc of life and left.

The intriguing question is HOW the Indian/Chinese were able to visualize the Yin and Yang and Energy Chakras 3000 years back!
