AGING -Why? How to Avoid by help of science.
The first is that our genes program ourselves to divide a certain number of times and once this division has reached the maximum number our bodies will begin to fail. This is the Telomar Theory. These are genetic elements that are controlling the number of allowable cell divisions.
The second is the general degradation of the neuroendocrine system. The neurological and hormonal systems that regulate the body finally wear out and make us susceptible to a host of diseases.
The third is that our body builds up so many toxins and other waste products that our systems begin to shut down. This toxic waste build up can even affect the structure of our genes.
The fourth is the wear and tear theory that living itself causes our joints and body parts to wear out.
The fifth theory is the free radical damage of aging. The body builds up free radical oxidants that damage our organs and our DNA causing us to age quickly.
The sixth theory is the glucose toxicity theory, which also has to do with waste build up, and the poor utilization and control of glucose within our physiological system.
The seventh theory of aging derives from the law of entropy that means that in the universal there is continual movement from order to disorder and that in our bodies this movement is marked by aging.
n1.See Physiological Age NOT years!!
2.All your symptoms or problems may not due to Age??
3.Find cause .get experts for each problem or a good doctor GP.
4.Undertreatment –side effects fear!! is the main cause of delayed solution to your problems.Anything which has effect will have a side effect and which does not means it is mud!!
5.Function+Ability maintain/ increase!
6.Doctors -medicines effects / misunderstanding/ half knowledge?
7.Multiple+concurrant diseases-cognition/sensory/motor/organs/sense 8.Avoid immoboity-may take you downhill….from a minor acute illness or a trauma .
nMost experts agree that there are three kinds of fitness:
nFlexibility is the ability to move joints and use muscles through their full range of motion. Stretching is a flexibility exercise.
nAerobic (cardiorespiratory) fitness is the body's ability to use oxygen efficiently and depends upon the condition of your heart, lungs, and muscles. This type of fitness increases the amount of oxygen that is delivered to your muscles, which allows them to work longer. Walking is a type of aerobic exercise.
nMuscular fitness includes building stronger muscles and increasing how long you can use them (endurance). Resistance training through weight lifting and body movements such as push-ups can improve muscular fitness.
nKeep in mind that you may be fairly fit in one area (perhaps aerobic fitness) but just getting started with another (such as flexibility or muscle strengthening).
There are many more aspects of aging and we should find out what is the best of all .The main is the mind -mind it as it minds your body and itself too Love yourselves and seek help from all .Be a friend of all first of oneself,be social ,GIVE your time and resources for a cause and be busy..be self dependent in all spheres of life, work till you stop loving it or can afford to!! Seek professional advice from right doctor or net !!Keep open mind let good thoughts come to you all always ,forgive and forget easily be a child like not a child though, give up all your fixed ideas which restrict you and your loved ones, let them be THEM as YOU discover a new YOU..recharged and reenergised..The only thing permanent is the change accept most of it..and keep some things SAME for which YOu have lived and felt enlivened..keep the flame burning ..aging is just another change .
