Rupee sinks below 60-mark, ends at historic low of 60.72 versus dollar
FIIs pulled out nearly Rs 550 crore from stocks today, taking the June outflows to about Rs 9,000 crore. In debt segment, they have pulled out Rs 27,850.20 crore till June 25.
Unless measures are announced by the government and the RBI, rupee may see 62-62.50 level in the near-term.
The over 7 per cent slump in rupee in June has triggered fresh set of worries. "A weaker INR can add to inflationary pressure, widen fiscal deficit and slow capital inflows, without having a positive effect on CAD. Rapid depreciation also affects business sentiment negatively," said Standard Chartered in a report.

Mms shamelessly will say. We open and liberalized economy such that our markets are now acquired, videshi products pushed by desi brokers. Vidshi take away existing job and call it new jobs. Videshi and their desi brokers can trash Indian rupee to export videshi currency. .Why cannot India replace videshi products?? All rupee Trashing organization such as videdhi banks, mnc,desi corporate brokers of videsh should be bannned. same with luxury imports and FII...who invest to ultimately trash the rupee profits they make to gain videshi currency, same habits desi corporates and brokers have learned, even our netas/babus get kickbacks for tech, weapons, etc in videshi currency in videshi banks.... 
Rupees depreciation is good for the country, the export will grow, import will slow down, Indian companies will make more products instead of importing( which will be expensive), this will automatically improve job market and Indian economy will improve, this is what China is doing, they will never let their currency appreciate, only disadvantage is we have to import a lot of oil, to overcome this we need to find other source of energy like nuclear, solar, wind etc. and relay less on oil.
We have to be swadeshi now,no foreign style,no costly smart phones,no cars,no decorative from china market eat yours,think yours ,cultivate yours,no car or flight traveling move on foot,are we ready for this?
