Here our politicians,bureaucrats,Drug controlling officers ,no body is interested to speak against them,even by hiring costiliest lawyers ,such company easily win PIL against them launched in court,A HIGH court has banned to take any acton against RAINBAXY DRUGS IN INDIA,it appears shameful,go to those who are dying or who are loosing their dear ones because of such spurious drugs,to listen in AC ROOMS and to judge on question and answer is something else but suffering is something else,there should be no tinkering in such policy of SPURIOUS AND ADULTERATED DRUGS AS IN USA,UK,CANADA AND AUSTRALIA,GERMANY,FRANCE any advanced nation,ADULTRATION IN FOOD AND DRUG IS A CRIME AS IT IS LIKE GIVING A POISON TO SOME ONE so it should be nipped in bud and if such BIG COMPANIES ARE ALLOWED TO WORK FREELY then thousand of companies which manufacture drugs will also dare to manipulate it .
so,as a good citizen every one of us Doctor,Hospital,researrch organisations,medical colleges,drug sellers manufacurers,govt regulating agencies,politicians,ministers,bureaucrats,general administrator like cmo,dm,sp,lawyers and judges all should come forward and adopt a zero tolerance policy for SPURIOUS DRUGS AND ADULTERATED FOODS as mere annoucing will not work and no body will like to deter it if we DONOT EITHER PUNISH THEM HEAVILY OR FORCE THEM HEAVY COMPENSATIONS AS THEY PAID IN USA AND UK.
