sex-outercourseOutercourse or non-penetrative sex involves a host of different activities ranging from kissing to the Classic 69 position and you will always be spoilt for choice. Here are some things you can try with your partner that will delight her sexually while hitting various erogenous zones. It will tease and taunt all your partner’s senses and have her begging for more:
Kissing and necking – Kissing is the very first step of foreplay and it pretty much defines your entire sexual game. Most women are turned off by men who aren’t great kissers irrespective of their other qualities. And you just don’t have to kiss her lips, let your mouth wander! The neck is another particularly sensitive spot and women loved to be kissed on the neck.

Breast stimulation – What do we say about breasts! There are no words to describe how obsessed normal heterosexual men are with them and there are lots of fun activities like fondling, sucking and mammary intercourse (rubbing the penis between the breasts) that revolve around them. Of course you’d do well to remember that they are a part of her body and not a squeeze toy and you should treat them gently and with respect and only up the tempo if she likes it.
Mutual masturbation – This is another very fun activity that can last for hours. Simultaneously stimulating your partner’s vagina while she rubs your penis can be an absolutely mind-blowing experience. It’s a real bonding activity where both partners are reciprocating.

Dry humping – If you are ever stuck in a private place but can’t take your clothes off then this is one of the best things to do. Dry humping is just like regular sex, all you have to do is keep your clothes on. The clothes barrier adds an edge to the activity and ups the sexual tension. Sometimes this activity is also known as grinding.
Frottage or rubbing: Frottage was earlier a term used to describe two men rubbing their penis together but now it’s a term more commonly used for rubbing the genitals together. Instead of regular sex it involves rubbing one’s penis against the outer shaft of the vagina. Also since many women experience powerful orgasms from clitoral stimulation it’s a great way to make your partner go wild.
Oral sex – Oral stimulation can be a particularly powerful experience. Use your tongue to stimulate your partner’s clitoris and vulva and watch her go mad. The bigger and better version of this would be the 69 position where you satisfy each other orally at the same time. However, it’s important to keep in mind that it’s quite possible to get a variety of STDs from oral sex.
Fingering: Fingering involves rubbing the clitoris, vulva (outer part of the vagina) and other inner walls including the oft-spoken about G-spot. Now what you need to understand is that fingering doesn’t have the constraints of the penis which might not help you hit some of the inner walls of the vagina which has a lot of sensitive nerve endings. However, our fingers are far more flexible (and double-jointed) and can explore the terrain better. Also fingering can increases vaginal lubrication due to sexual arousal and will make any subsequent intercourse easier.
