Patient: Doctor! I have begun to understand the concept of Total Stress Management or Holistic Renaissance! But how did you arrive at the conclusion that NAMASMARAN is crucial to it?
Doctor: This conviction is the culmination of an “expedition” stretching over thirty years (and possibly extending far beyond!).
Patient: What kind of expedition?
Doctor: This is an expedition full of intellectual, emotional, instinctual, physical, economic, social and a variety of other adventures!
Patient: What was the purpose?
Doctor: Purpose was to search “that something”, which can simultaneously and progressively fulfill the humane intellect, emotions, passions and physical needs of an individual as well as the society.
Patient: You must have gone through a variety of experiences and revelations!
Doctor: Yes! It is through intense reading, frank discussions, honest arguments and thereby; understanding and verification; of the physiology, psychology, sociology, economics, politics, religion and other aspects of stress; that I realized that "that something" is NAMASMARAN!
Patient: Sounds interesting. But how does NAMASMARAN work?
Doctor: NAMASMARAN is a process of blossoming into unifying enlightenment from the normal but petty (hence stressful) physiological dualities, which are further intensified and multiplied by scientific and technological advancement.
Patient: We have to to see how it works in different causes of stress; with examples.
Doctor: If you are genuinely interested, then we will definitely do that; and see; how NAMASMARAN is crucial to unprejudiced and accurate understanding of the precise meaning, erroneous misconceptions, myriads of causes, exact mechanisms and ubiquitous effects of stress; and TOTAL STRESS MANAGEMENT i.e. TOTAL WELL BEING!

Doctor: Total Stress Management is simultaneous process of individual and global blossoming. The perspective of universal unity and harmony, emerges from the evolution of petty positive and petty negative instincts and emotions and thoughts.
Patient: What does it imply?
Doctor: We begin to grow from pettiness and its vicious effects on our life.
Patient: You mean to say the ill effects of stress?
Doctor: Yes! In short, the ill effects of stress result from petty perspective, thoughts, feelings and passions and resultant behavior!
Patient: But NAMASMARAN is apparently a process of individual emancipation.
Doctor: NAMASMARAN frees us from pettiness and in turn reveals solutions to the problems in individual and universal life! Hence universalization of NAMASMARAN leads to multiplication of correct solutions, which in turn evolve a social environment conducive to our own focus on NAMASMARAN and self realization!
Patient: This appears reasonable; but very difficult!
Doctor: True! It does appear difficult! But actual practice and propagation of NAMASMARAN; reap the success of NAMASMARAN in not merely personal; but universal benevolence!

Patient: Sir! Will you explain the difference between the stress management and stress relaxation in market; and Total Stress Management?
Doctor: Usually it is presumed that stress means undue worry, anxiety, restlessness, tension i.e. some kind of painful helplessness to cope with the challenges of life!
Patient: But is it not true?
Doctor: It is a small and visible part of stress! Stress management and stress relaxation in vogue; do not reach the roots and universal spread of stress!
Patient: What do you mean?
Doctor: Basically; they fail to comprehend the role of policies, plans, programs and their implementation; and laws, rules, traditions, conventions and so on; in causing and aggravating stress! Hence; they prescribe some techniques restricted to individual gratification, solace, relaxation and/or entertainment.
Patient: Are they useless?
Doctor: No! They are inadequate! They attempt to manage or relax stress at individual level; ignoring the role of perspectives, policies, plans, programs and their implementation; for appropriate fulfillment of instincts, feelings, intelligence and creativity; culminating ultimately; in SELF realization!
Patient: Can you explain further?
Doctor: Yes! Tomorrow!

Patient: Sir! It is true that NAMASMARAN (JAP, JAAP, SUMIRAN, SIMARAN i.e. remembering God or true self ) is preached by most saints and prophets. But how is to related to; day to day stresses and strains?
Doctor: Day to day stresses and strains; are only apparent symptoms! In fact; the stress is present in unconscious, subconscious as well s conscious states. It is present even in coma. It is present during sleep and dreams.It is present during embryonic life and it is present in all living forms!
Patient: But we thought that stress is due to severe competition, difficult targets, frightening insecurity and stringent dead lines!
Doctor: True! These also cause stress; and hence are few of the many stressors!
Patient: But how the apparently idle practice of NAMASMARAN can bring about Total Stress Management?
