Dr. Param Shukla did his MBBS from B. J. Medical College, India in 1990.

He did his general psychiatry residency and MD from Mercer University, Atlanta, Georgia from 1995- 1998 serving as a chief resident for last year.

He did his marriage and family therapy specialization during that time also.

He then did his child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Harvard University in Boston from 1998-2000 getting experience exclusively in child psychiatry for those 2 years.

During that time he received fellowship award from the American academy of child and adolescent psychiatry.

He became diplomat of American board of psychiatry in the year 2000.

He then did his MBA in healthcare administration from Barrington University, Alabama, USA

Apart from his private practice in the parimal garden area, Ahmedabad, he is also a visiting consultant at the Sterling hospital, Jivraj Mehta Hospital and at the B.M Institute of Mental health.

He regularly gives lecture around the country on different child psychiatry topics and teaches special education students and teachers from schools in and around Ahmedabad.

He also serves as a consultant and guest expert for Z Gujarati TV, Zee TV, Z news, IBN-7 and TV 9 and Divya Bhaskar.

He works exclusively in the field of ADHD, Dyslexia and Autism. Apart from these and other childhood and adolescent problems, he also performs IQ testing for age 5-15 and Aptitude testing for standard 8-12. Aptitude testing helps student choose proper line and career.
