In India we dont have any formal fellowship in pain management.
you can do short fellowship 15 days to 03 months under Dr Gautam Das who is the first FIPP qualified Anesthesiologist (gdas@painindia.com).

In singapore general hospital,there is a fellowship of 6 to 12 months.(www.pgmi.com)

after 1 year of pain practice u can appear for fellow interventional pain physician (FIPP) EXAMINATION ,conducted by World institute of pain.
