Therapeutic diets, Febrile Disorders(Tuberculosis-chronic fevers), Gastrointestinal Disorders(Constipation, Diarrhea, Peptic Ulcers, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Ulcerative colitis, Gastric Surgery, Diverticulitis, Diverticulitis), Acute and Chronic Pancreatitis, Liver Disorders (Jaundice, Hepatitis, Liver Cirrhosis, Hepatic Encephalopathy/hepatic Coma), Renal Disorders(Glomerulonephritis, Nephrotic syndrome, Acute renal Failure, Chronic Renal Failure, Nutritional care in Dialysis and Types of Dialysis), Diabetes(Impaired Glucose Tolerance, IDDM and NIDDM), Cardiovascular Disorders( Hypertension and Hypercholesterolemia), Practical inclusive of therapeutic Meal Planning(26 Diet Plans) were also conducted and evaluated including all the above mentioned diseases and Typhoid(acute fever), Obesity, Underweight and Myocardial Infarction

Teaching normal and advanced aspects of dietetics and therapeuitc nutrition along with practical aspects of planning diets and formulating menus in every aspects of Normal human Nutrition and Therapeutic Nutrition.

Sharma U, Saxena P C, Rai G K." at “International Workshop on Micronutrient and Child Health 2009” held from October 21st to October 23rd , 2009 jointly organized by Human Nutrition Unit AIIMS and Indian Academy of Pediatrics, at All India Institute of Medical Sciences New Delhi.
Have undergone six months Dietetic Internship from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia (Willingdon) Hospital, New Delhi. (June 3rd 2008 to December 3rd 2008).
Have a sound expertise of performing both qualitative and quantitative analytical tests of Food and Biological samples (Blood and Urine). I have also operated various equipments related to the above mentioned tasks (like anthropometric calipers, Body Composition Analyzer, Biochemical Analyzers, Sahli’s Hemoglobinometer, Spectrophotometer etc.
Won national level second prize at 19th Indian Convention of Food Scientists and Technologists (ICFOST) held at IIT Kharagpur.
