How often headache patients have got themselves investigated for ocular problem since minor degree of refractive error, specially astigmatism or even hypermetropia may be the main cause of headache. Hetrophoria and convergence deficiency must be excluded. Large number of patients reach to nerologists who have no option than to order CAT/ MRI which is negative in more than 99 percent of cases. Tension, insomnia, Ht etc must be excluded.
