DEPRESSION - Why is it so Important?
Everyday I meet many people who have been sad and lonely for weeks, months and in many cases years.

The relatives (father, mother, wife, sister, etc) have a simple stance - " Why come to a psychiatrist? He/She ain't mad... Just feeling sad... We will give him/her some good counseling and they will improve!"

Why Do Repeated Counseling from friends and family Fail to cure the sadness and loneliness?

Answer - The human brain is an organ like no other. Misunderstood and lack of knowledge about it is present in a great majority, but everyone seems to be an expert in its functioning.

I am sure most people who feel only counseling or talk-therapy (as popularly called) will be aware of the fact that Depression has the following biological effects on the brain:
a. decreased blood circulation
b. decreased nervous functioning
c. decreased production of neuro-chemicals and hormones.

Over-all decrease of Brain activity leads to following symptoms of depression.
(anyone having 5 or more requires immediate treatment)
1.Sad or depressed Mood thru most of the day.
2. Decreased interest in activities
3. Sleep Problems - lack of sleep or excess of sleep
4. Weight Problems- Drastic Increase or Decrease in Weight in last one month.
5. Feeling Restless/ agitated thru out the day.
6. Slowing of thought process - not able to do things as quickly as before
7. Fatigue or loss of energy thru out the day.
8. lack of confidence in self.
9. Decreased Memory Power- decreased in the ability to think, concentrate, inability to take decisions.
10. Thoughts of leaving everything and going away, /or Thoughts of Suicide / Self-Harm.

Why does it require treatment?
Any part of the body that doesn't get proper blood circulation slowly starts to die.

in depression, not only blood circulation, but also nervous functioning and neuro-chemicals levels go down, hence-forth creating a 3-way harm and destruction of brain.

what treatment is effective?
treatment has to be based on a proper 40-45min evaluation of the personality of the individaul, factors and causes of stress and depression.
Only a detailed session can reveal the deep subconscious problems of the client.
based on it, a combination of two or more of the following is effective:
a. venting out - talking or actions thru which negative emotions are brought out
b. mental training - exercises thru which the brain is thought to be motivated
c. psychological helps - small techniques to battle episodes of high restlessness and anxiety
d. meditation techniques
e. medicines - HOMEOPATHY is recommanded as it does not have side effects, non-addictive, and completely Safe.

The psychiatrist should spend enough time with the patient to understand his/her problem and accordingly design a treatment for them.

CASE OF LIVE FRAGMENT........
One of the friend came to met with complains of sudden knee pains from 2-3 days, general body ache and Drained out feeling, low mood since a week. After listening to him I decided to give him a healing session, he was quite ok with the idea and finally got relaxed on the chair in my consultation room.
He went in to Trance very easily. Scanned the body 3 times but nothing was found. So once again called the Divine white light and asked to rap him completely , he immediately recognized the dark spot on Left leg............and it was send in to the light safely.
Once again did the scanning, but nothing was found, but was I sure that was not the end so ask if any one hiding behind and suddenly he responded Yes!!!
On asking the total number of them, response was 2, a male & female. The Female had attached first so started conversing with her, initially she was not ready to talk but later on got agreed. She had attached to Harm & Destroy him sine more than 5 years. Asked to move in to the white light but was not ready to move. Suddenly I asked are U alive or dead? Without any delay the response was ALIVE.
I was quite surprise for the moment how did this question came in my mind? I was not even aware of this thought...and how the response was so sudden...I collected myself very well.....and started the negotiation. By the time I got sure that this is a FRAGMENT.
Ask her the date of attachment it was 14th April 2005, Location XXX (not mentioned here), Total Family members 6 and she also described the details of them.
Asked her to go back to the source but was not ready.......but was ready to tell why she was attached. The friend of mine had harmed her family in some way on the above mentioned date and thats why she wanted to destroy him.
I told her that she have harmed him a lot since these years and let the remaining thing tackled by the GOD ALMIGHTY.....got ready to move back to the source. I could see the SUDDEN JERK of my friends body....and there was sudden one more JERK.
On asking to scan the body...reply came she left. I asked that remaining Male to come forward ...reply was; he was with her and he also left with her....Got the reason for the second JERK.
Further scanning was completed nothing come out. Asked to get connected with the Master...he had a very pleasant smile on his face...he got the Blessings and the Protection.
After the session he felt very light, his leg pain had suddenly ameliorated...left leg was feeling very light as if something has been removed. There was no memory of the Fragment communication...a complete Hypnotic Amnesia. On further discussion he told he & his family had a big Fight in few years back, I showed a piece of paper to him.....he was surprised to see that date, year & location mentioned above.... the information was exact. He got bit frightened ...but on assuring got convinced.
By the time he left the consulting room his leg pain was much better....but head was felling heavy. Asked him to take rest and prescribed him White Light meditation.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LOVING AND LONGING:
Underlying the emotion of love is a biological need for contact and closeness with another person. Through this contact, our bodies are stimulated and excited; wthout it they tend to become cold and hard. The need itself is perceived as a feeling of longing, which bioenergetically resembles the feeling of hunger when we need food. Longing like hunger, becomes more intense when deprived. It is also stronger in young children, whose need for contact is greatest. It subsides somewhat during the latency period and surges again during adolescence, when the sexual function becomes operative.

Realization of the difference between the feeling of LONGING and the emotion of LOVE is important to an understanding of love.

Longing bears the same relation to love that hunger does to appetite. Both hunger and longing are non-discriminating biological needs.

A hungry person will eat anything; a lonely person will accept anyone as friend. By contrast, appetite and love are directed toward specific sources of pleasure. One has appetite for certain foods; one loves a particular person as a friend or mate.

The person in-love is conscious of the love object as a source of pleasure. If the anticipation of pleasure is added to the biological longing for contact and closeness, the need is transformed into a true emotion.

The difference between love and longing is manifest in the manner and behavior of the person. The lover anticipates pleasure, his body is pleasurably excited, warm and outgoing. The person who longs is sad and withdrawn.

The feeling of LONGING is also called DEPENDENT LOVE, which is often confused with TRUE LOVE. If a person is dependent on another, he will phrase his feeling as one of love. He will say "I Love You" when what he means is "I need you".

NEEDING and LOVING are not the same thing.

- Need denotes a "lack"; love is fulfillment
- Needing can be painful; loving is pleasurable
- Dependent love ties one person to another; true love encourages freedom and spontaneity, the essential elements of pleasure.

" 7 MYTHS ABOUT WATER "
7 Myths about water broken by scientific research-

1. Drinking water between meals is bad for digestion This is one line that has been passed down from generation to generation. However, there is no scientific evidence to indicate that it will affect the digestive process. At the most, it will probably fill you up and reduce your appetite for dinner. But besides that, go ahead and enjoy a glass of water with every meal.

2. Drink 8 glasses a day for good health Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is one of the most popular myths in circulation today, despite scientists saying that there is no clear correlation between good health and sipping on water all day. Doctors recommend drinking water only when you are thirsty!

3. Drink water, you can never have too much of a good thing! Recent studies reveal that drinking too much water can in fact, be potentially harmful. Excessive water consumption is dangerous in that it can lower salt concentration in the body. Water intoxication, a life-threatening condition, occurs when there is dilution of blood sodium because the kidneys are over-worked, and unable to excrete the excess water as urine.

4. Water cleans out the bodys toxins The toxins in our body are filtered out by the kidneys. And common myth says that drinking more water means clearing out the toxins. Wrong! In truth, drinking large amounts of water will actually reduce the kidneys ability to function as a filter

5. Drink water for healthy skin It is widely believed that since our bodys composition is 60% water, drinking a lot of water will give you glowing skin. However, there is little evidence to support this idea. Healthy skin is a result of many things, including diet, weather, pollution and genetics.

6. Drinking water can aid weight loss Water has been touted as the secret drug for all dieters. Drink water and youll shed those pounds like magic. This is hardly true; as we discussed, water will, at the most, fill up your stomach and reduce your food intake at mealtimes. But water is far from a miracle drug to lose weight.

7. Drink as much water as you can during a workout It is widely believed that a workout increases chances of dehydration, so common myth says you need to increase water intake during exercise. But dehydration sets in only when you lose 2 percent of body weight. Do the math, and it is unlikely a normal workout requires increased water intake. Instead, ensure you are well-hydrated throughout the day, without over-doing it.
