We have a Class 100 Operation Theatre Complex with 0.3 micron HEPA filtered air-conditioning system and laminar airflow that maintains an absolutely sterile surgical environment.

We use the finest American phacoemulsification machines for cataract surgery. The equipment in the hospital is constantly upgraded and maintained as per international standards. We use the finest foldable intraocular lenses from USA for all our cataract patients.

Our hospital uses disposable US FDA approved autoclave strips in the sterilization procedure. Our infection control surveillance program regularly inspects the operation theatres thus maintaining a continuous sterile surgical environment. The JCI survey report also made a special note of an exemplary performance area in Shroff Eye’s infection control programme.

In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of day-to-day activities as well as the quality of patient service, all departments of the hospital are computerized. The hospital also houses a fully modern and highly automated pathology laboratory, Disha Pathology Services.
