Vidya Eye Hospital was started as an eye clinic in the year 1991, by Dr.K.M.Suresh, who completed his MBBS from Kasturba Medical College Mangalore Karnataka, India in the year 1985.He did his M.S.(oph) from Bangalore Medical College Bangalore India in the year1990. He was a Lecturer and subsequently Asst.Professor of Ophthalmology in Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore Karnataka from Oct 1990 to 1998. He passed theory exams in Part I FRCOphthal and did his Vitreoretinal Observership in Moorfields Eye Hospital LONDON, attached to University of London, UK, in the year 1995.
